This hotel is getting old in the tooth! Ive been here twice in the past week and both times there were long line ups to check in - it didnt seem that efficient. Yesterday, one of the desk personnel appeared to be in training, while the experienced person had to not only do the training but deal with her clients. The manager was in the office in the back. I paid extra for an executive room on the 4th floor, and ended up needing ear plugs to sleep because of a loud piece of continuous running machinery down the hall. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they were polite but with a basic attitude of what can I do about it. The room wasnt worth the $160 I paid.
Les. Chambre commence tre maganer, le lit assez confortable mais aurait pus tre mieux, j'ai bien aim leur ide de mettre un drap par dessus la couette de lit car cela la rend miin dgueulasse. Frigo possible mais a 6$ par nuit, pourquoi pas gratuit? Le bain commence a tre maganer. Femme de chambre qui cogne et entre en mme temps, j'ai trouv ca ordinaire. En rsum, il fait la job mais la prochaine fois je vais essayer ailleur.
Ok if you only want to sleep an expensive night. But the insane bathroom like smell that hits you on the way in paves the way to the other crazy smells the different carpets hold, exept for our room which had no smell. The rooms are verrrrrrry worn (see pictures) it seems like they did a exorcism in our room (the ceilings where scratched lol). There in no power outlet available to charge my phone. On a positive note the staff where very nice. Overall, overpriced for the quality but the beds are nice-ish.
Good service. Staff was welcoming. Rooms are cleaned but need tu be updated.
Very flexible and conveniently located near a waterfront where one begins to smell the ocean breezes.
